 This deliverable will define a common evaluation methodology to evaluate the results of the ENCERTICUS project. Despite this common method, each pilot has several constrains, therefore, a single evaluation plan will be implemented at each pilot site.      
 D4.1.2  Base line situation of each pilot site Feb.2014 ES F IT
 This deliverable will describe the existing energy consumption of each pilot site before the application of empowerment services. The method to obtain the base case year, weather normalization and performance indicators will be also described.      

 D4.2.1  ENCERTICUS evaluation results Jun.2015
 This deliverable will incorporate the results of the three evaluation stages and will summarize overall conclusions of the energy savings achieved by the test group compared to the base line and the effect of the changes in tenants behaviour.

 D4.3.1  ENCERTICUS socio-economic viability assessment May.2015 ES F IT
 This deliverable will incorporate the results of phase 4.3. It will summarize the results of the viability assessment of the empowerment services including all the actors perspective, from the IT provider to social housing and the tenant.

 This document will classify and characterize the methodologies and procedures for energy certification country by country.
 D5.1.2  Energy Performance of Buildings in Mediterranean Countries Aug.2014
 This document will summarize the national reports. This document will include a classification of the different national procedures.

 D5.3.1  Energy certification of pilot buildings (one per building) May.2015
 The official document for the energy certification of the pilot buildings will be supplied together with the additional information given in each country, for example the suggested energy measures for the improvement of the energy performance.
